Event: 9th Annual IQRA Community Eid Festival Location: Khair Community Center 1079 Egypt Rd, Phoenixville, PA 19460 Date: Saturday, May 30, 2026 Time: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM Rain Date: Saturday, June 6, 2026 1. Vendor Arrival Time: 9:00 AM 2. All vendors must arrive by 9:00 AM to allow enough time for setup before the 1:00 PM event kickoff. Arriving on time will allow for the best space choice. 3. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. No payments onsite. Your registration is not complete until payment is submitted 4. Registration will close once all available vendor spaces are filled and paid. 7. Vendors will be allowed maximum 10x10 due to limited space. 8. Vendor registration deadline: May 23, 2026, or while stalls last. Masjid Ettiquettes: 1. During the Adhan and the duration of the Salah, vendor activities and sales are to be temporarily paused to allow everyone to fully engage in prayer without distraction. 2. Speakers outside are expected to be turned down so the Adhan and prayer can be heard clearly. 3. Vendors will be informed of Salah timings in advance. 4. No one will be forced to pray. Those who are excused may continue eating quietly and respectfully. 5. This event is taking place at a masjid and community center. Our goal is to create a welcoming, respectful, and family-friendly environment for all attendees. We kindly ask all vendors and participants to be mindful of the religious setting and sanctity of the space. 6. To help maintain a respectful atmosphere, we kindly encourage modest clothing that appropriately covers the body in a family-friendly Islamic environment. 7. Respectful Conduct Includes • Dressing modestly and appropriately • Refraining from public displays of affection • Helping maintain cleanliness by properly disposing of waste • Maintaining respectful speech and behavior throughout the event NOTE: 1. Khair reserves the right to address any behavior or activity that does not align with the values and expectations of the event environment. 2. This form is NOT for food vendors. Selected food vendors will be contacted individually by the organizer. We will be selecting food vendors by invitation this year.
