Additional Terms and Waiver of Liability
1. Waiver of Liability:
Khair Inc. and Iqra Inc. are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from participation as a food vendor.
Vendors are required to follow all food safety regulations and assume responsibility for their equipment, food handling, and staff.
For larger events, Khair Inc. and Iqra Inc. may require being added as additional insureds on the vendor’s liability insurance policy.

2. Power Supply Responsibility:
Vendors must supply their own source of power (e.g., generator or battery pack).
If vending close to the building, vendors may use their own heavy-duty extension cord, properly secured to avoid tripping hazards.

3. Rights Reserved by Khair/Iqra:
Khair reserves the right to approve or deny items, set price caps, and limit sales for fairness.

4. Vendor Space Assignment:
Khair administration will assign each vendor’s location.
Vendors may be asked to relocate for specific programs (e.g., Friday prayers, outdoor movie nights, or community events) to ensure accessibility and event flow.

5.Prayer Time Restriction:
I understand that no sales, transactions, or serving of food shall take place during any fardh (obligatory) prayer, specifically from the time the iqamah is called until the conclusion of the prayer.
Vendors may collect pre-orders before Salah and serve them after prayer concludes.

6. Halal Assurance:
All food is 100 % zabihah halal.

7. Cleanup & Disposal:
Vendors must manage trash and spill cleanup.

8. Profit Sharing:
I agree to Khair's profit-sharing policy: 20 % profit from the sale. Payment may be made in cash or via Venmo.

9. Disclaimer:
Submission of this form does not guarantee vending approval. All applications are reviewed, and approved vendors will be contacted by Khair administration with confirmation.
